Outbound Sales Representative

Quatra, the European market leader in the collection and recycling of used cooking oil, is expanding in Norway. That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to engage new customers with our sustainable service.

What will you do? 

As a Sales Representative, you’re the first point of contact for (potential) customers in Norway. You’ll follow up on warm leads, but also proactively pick up the phone to connect with new prospects. You’ll convince businesses in the hospitality and food sectors of our mission and our services. 

Specifically: 

  • You follow up on inbound leads generated through our campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other channels. 
  • You conduct outbound sales: prospecting mainly by phone and email. 
  • You manage your own sales funnel from first contact to signed contract. 
  • You target both independent hospitality businesses and larger players in the food industry. 
  • You work closely with our international marketing and operations teams. 

Who are you?

  • You live in Norway and speak fluent Norwegian and English. 
  • You have experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • You are social, persuasive, and know how to get decision-makers to the table. 
  • You can work independently and take initiative to explore your market. 
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems. Experience with Odoo is a plus.
