Operations Manager Norway

The Role 

As Operations Manager Norway, you run the day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure we deliver on our promises to customers. 

What you'll do: 

• Manage and optimise daily collection and delivery operations across Norway 
• Lead, coach and develop a small operational team (drivers, depot staff) 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the hospitality and food industry 
• Drive operational efficiency: route planning, fleet management, service quality 
• Ensure compliance with ISCC certification standards and local regulations 
• Act as the bridge between local operations and Group headquarters 
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth in the Norwegian market 

Who are you?

• Proven track record in an operational leadership role (operations manager, site manager, plant manager or similar) 
• Experience in logistics, waste management, circular economy, or a related industry 
• Hands-on mentality. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves 
• Strong operational focus with a sense for service quality and efficiency 
• Fluent in Norwegian and English 
• Based in the area of Sannidal, willing to travel occasionally to HQ (Lokeren, Belgium)
